Eligibility You confirm that: You are at least 18 years of age. All information provided during registration is accurate and up to date. You have the legal right to offer the services listed on your profile. 2. Profile Information You agree to provide genuine details including your true name, contact information, social media handles, and portfolio. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate profile suspension or permanent removal. We reserve the right to verify your information and identity at any time. 3. Content, Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights You confirm that all content, images, videos, and portfolio material uploaded belong to you, or you possess the explicit legal permission to use them. By registering and listing their profiles on JustCollabz, Creators grant the platform an irrevocable, worldwide, and royalty-free right to use their profile pictures, videos, portfolio content, and any associated media. JustCollabz reserves the right to use this content for commercial, promotional, marketing, and professional purposes across any digital or physical channels without requiring further permission. 4. Service Responsibility Creators are solely responsible for delivering the services and maintaining the quality agreed upon with the clients. JustCollabz acts strictly as a marketplace/aggregator platform and is not liable for any service disputes, performance issues, or disagreements between creators and clients. 5. Payments, Commissions & Platform Fees To facilitate a seamless, transparent, and secure matchmaking process, JustCollabz operates on the following fee structure: For Clients: An agency fee ranging between 10% to 15% will be applied to the total booking amount. For Creators/Talent: A platform fee ranging between 20% to 25% will be applicable on the agreed collaboration price. This fee will be directly deducted from the total collaboration value, and the Creator will receive the remaining balance as their final payout. By using the JustCollabz platform, both Clients and Creators explicitly acknowledge, consent, and agree to these fee structures without any objections. You agree to strictly comply with the platform’s designated payment process. Any attempt to bypass the platform's payment gateway or commission structure will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban. 6. Creator Payout Timeline JustCollabz is committed to ensuring secure payments for our talent. Payouts to Creators/Anchors will be processed and credited to their registered bank accounts within 30 days following the successful completion and verification of the assigned work or event. 7. Cancellations and Refunds All bookings and transactions made through JustCollabz are considered final. In the event that a Client decides to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking for any reason, no refunds will be issued for any payments or advance amounts already processed. 8. Professional Conduct You agree to: Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and platform representatives. Complete assignments and attend events exactly as agreed upon in the booking. Strictly avoid engaging in any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or misleading activities. 9. Account Suspension or Termination We reserve the absolute right to: Suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies or these Terms & Conditions. Remove any content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of our guidelines. 10. Privacy Your data will be handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal identifiable information will not be sold to third parties. 11. Modification of Terms & Fees JustCollabz reserves the absolute right to revise, modify, or update these terms, including the commission percentages, platform fees, and agency charges for both Clients and Creators at its sole discretion, at any time, and without any prior notice or intimation. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your full acceptance of the revised terms.
